JDeveloper: Deployment to 9iAS

Hi Folks
I am deploying on 9iAS from JDeveloper and in the deployment profile it shows all the files and ahve to manualy select/unselect each file. which is cumbersome. like for EJB's jar i have to manually do this process for 100s of web module file and other sources ( .css, images etc ). similarly for the web module deployment profile have to manualy unselect EJB files.
is there any other way to do this?
wud realy appriciate ure help and thnx in advance.
