9i install leaves temp folders

Upon installing oracle 9i database and developer suite, I now have a few new folders in my
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp directory named:
OraInstallYYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS
Are these directories safe to delete? They total over 100MB.
I'd like to reclaim that space if possible.
