question about oracle 10g

hello
i install the oracle10g in my XP operating system,then i launch the em browser,but i found that i can't login to it by using any account(i have tried all the accounts in my oracle),it tell me "invalid username or password",but these account works well in other oracle fields that reqire login,such as isqlplus,sqlplus and command line login.
why ?who can help me?how can i login to the enterprise management browser?

Hi,
Did you configure the database with password file?
I remember that, login with EM browser is somewhat like remote login. Thus, you may need to add your account to the password file, and enable it so that you can login *remotely*.

no i don't config the password file.because i use the oralce built-in account,such as:system,scott etc
