oracle 8i database

Hi,
I have downloaded nt817personal.zip from the oracle site and I have unzipped it and when i press the setup.exe file for installing it nothing is happening, can anybody help me out on what i require before i install it and how do i go about it. Please its urgent.Any site where i can get help will be helpful.

I also suggest searching the archives of the "comp.databases.oracle.*" newsgroups via Google
