I'm using Oracle 10g Application server.
I'm getting the following error while restarting the ormi server ..
Please help me ...

C:\Srini\>java -jar %ORACLE_HOME%/j2ee/home/admin.jar ormi://localhost admin welcome -shutdown

Error: Unable to find java:comp/ServerAdministrator: Lookup error: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
com.evermind.client.orion.AdminCommandException: Unable to find java:comp/Server

Have you checked the JNDI setting for the server?

Checks whether the JNDI name java:comp/ServerAdministrator is well-defined in the configration file, and checks whether this is the correct JNDI name to access the server.
