Export from Oracle to Lotus Notes Domino

My Requirements is :

I have Table in Oracle which has User Name and Password information.

The Requirement is I have to write a Query or PL/SQL Procedure or Trigger or a Java Program which will update the Lotus Notes Domino 6.0 as soon as the a new Record or User Name is Inserted into the Oracle Table.

Oracle running on Solaris and Lotus Notes Domino running in Windows
