Our organisation wants to upgrade database from ORACLE 8i to ORACLE 9i.

In our database we have procedures, functions , triggers , views etc.

Kindly guide me which features of ORACLE 8i (PLSQL) are obsolete and not present in ORACLE 9i.

Also tell me which are the extra features that oracle 9i provide.

Faisal,
Have you checked the Oracle 9i release notes? You need to register at OTN (Oracle Technology Network), but it's free.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
