Oracle JPublisher command line

This should probably be an easy issue but it is killing me. I run jpub from a command line with the current folder set the desired folder to generate java code. I get the no class found error. How do I set the classpath for jpub for it to see the translater.jar and other required runtime lib.

You need to add the jar or jars to the classpath.
