FRM-10256

Hi to all,

I faced this error in more than one occasion telling:
FRM-10256: User not authorized to run Form Builder Menu.

This comes once i try to run a newly installed Program,
the error appeared for on both operating systems winXP and 2003.

Unfortanitly some solutions tell that the roles are incorrect "the select is missing", but it's not.

Another asks to run script: install.jsadmin which calls : frm45sec.sql
but i guess this is an old version of forms builder!!

Any idea on whats happening?!!! or whats the solution!!
