Basic questions about OC4J

Hi.
I have just downloaded OC4J 10g Release (10.1.2.0.0) -oc4j_extended.zip-
(I'm using JDK 5.0).
I have some questions please :
1. Should I create any evironment vars ?
2. How to run -and shutdown- the server ?
3. How to deploy an application (web and EJB) ?
4. Has OC4J any tool (swing or web) for deploying and adminstrating the server ?
5. I'm using MySQL 4.1 , How to create a datasource in OC4J ? Where to put the required MySQL JDBC jar ?
