hi friends... I m a B.E. Graduate.. Currently working in a company on Oracle CRM... I m a trainee over here n working on a module called "Daily Business Intelligence"... I want to build a career in CRM... Can any one help about what further courses i can do to build a good profile and gain more knowledge on different modules of Oracle..
