Err in MSDE Installation

Hi,

I trying to install MSDE (Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine).

I want to know that do I need to have dotnet on my system to install MSDE successfully.

I am getting following error:

MSI (s) (C8:E8) [10:42:01:256]: Skipping action: SqlDisableNetAccessError.2D02443E_7002_4C0B_ABC9_EAB2C064397B (condition is false)

MSI (s) (C8:E8) [10:42:01:193]: Skipping action: FatalErrorIE.2D02443E_7002_4C0B_ABC9_EAB2C064397B (condition is false)

Please suggest a possible solution.

No clue, but we can tell you how to install Oracle, since this is an Oracle forum.

I am going to close this thread. Because I don't think we have a MS SQL Server forum. Try doing a Google search or a search in MSDN at microsoft.com
