Hi,

I have a strange problem. I have loaded an application in live server, but it shows some 'SQLException: ORA-00904 : invalid identifier 'in one of the java class files. The data in the test server is working fine. The same test files is loaded into the live server. Identifiers looks same . I cannt see any errors obviously. I am working with java, tomcat and Oracle.

The class files are same in test and live servers. Could you think of any other reasons for this error ?

Thanks,
Joe.

Maybe the database tables, indexes, constraints are different between the databases? Or are they pointing to the same database/schema?

I got it solved. There was no roles selecting for the user to access the table and the wrong table(old table) was selcting that user.

Thank you very much for the answer.
