Let's move this question to the Oracle/OAS forum, where the Oracle-savvy folks hang out.

Oracle Reports 9i and 10g allows you to create a pluggable data source. See

http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/reports/apis/index.html

http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/reports/apis/pdstutorial/textPDS/index.html

Or a more simplistic solution, insert your data into an Oracle table and have the Report query that table.
