Hi all,
I dont have Oracle installed in my System.Also, I cant get oracle installed. So, I want to know is there any Online interpreters/ Websites where we can practice Queries/Procedures.

There are no such sites available.
But Oracle allows you to install it's databases for evaluation purposes, without charge. If you follow the installation instructions, you can get one running fairly easy.

Have a look on Oracle Technology Network.

It's worth trying.
