problem in logging

Hi friends
I am new to oracle, I just installed Oracle 8i on my windows xp system,
I am unable to login to sql using scott/tiger. but i can able to login using credintials system/manager , i heard that there are some commands to create scott user .. and I need default EMP tables to execute some sql queries . how to get those default tables (EMP,DEPT etc) ..please help me
