System.out.println in Tomcat

If I open tomcat in console and System out something, I can see in console, but if tomcat is startup as a service, I don't have console,
how can I see the System.out. things? Thanks

Hi,
I think that when tomcat is run as an NT service it redirects the output to the file stdout.log. Look in your logs directory

I'm not sure if that means you figured it out or not.
So here is my suggestion... just do an out.print(String) if you want to see something. That way you'll see it right in your browser without having to go through the logs.
