Does anyone know if this is possible? Right now, my directory structure under ROOT is:

All three APP directories reference header/footer files in SHARED.
I want to separate the APP directories into their own separate webapp contexts without having to duplicate the SHARED directory in each WEBAPP directory. Is this possible?
What I want is the below, some kind of directory structure that allows all three APPS to be their own webapp but with the SHARED code centralized in one place.

The only way I know how (what I DON'T want) is to duplicate the same directory under each webapp.
