Running tomcat as service

Hello everybody. i would like to run tomcat in background on windows server 2k. i have gone through services in control panel->adminstrative tools. i could see many sevices running and stoped, but could not start tomcat as service. can any one let me know how to run tomcat as service.
i am using tomcat 4.1.24 and java is 1.4.1_02

Hi!
Did you install Tomcat with the "run as service" option?
If not, you have to create a service first using tomcat.exe in {CATALINA_HOME}/bin !
