I have done quite a bit of searching for how you can change the timeout of HTTP page loadings for Oracle 9i's HTTP server. However, everything I have found relates to either Tomcat or Apache. Unfortunately, Oracle does not use the same conf file as Apache and I cannot apply the same method. The reason why I need to do this is for uploading large files via a HTML form (I know this is quite inefficient for large files but this is the only way I am allowed due to firewall and server constraints). Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

Anyone? Looks like there's a fix for it in 1.3.28 but this server's running 1.3.22 and I cannot upgrade.
When I read the docs on http://otn.oracle.com for the http server Configuration, it states it holds these in a file called httpd.conf It doesn't say where this config file is located. Try seaching the drive where the server is installed for it.
