Hello,
I'm trying to download tomcat, but I'm not sure if I found the link? There are two links for Tomcat 5. Can someone please tell me which link I need to download Tomcat and what all I need to get Tomcat to successfully run on Window2000?
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/sourceindex.cgi
Tomcat 5 KEYS (do I need the KEYS) "KEYS" is a link
LINKS: "5.0.14 Beta zip", "PGP", "MD5", "5.0.14 Beta tar.gz"
5.0.14 Beta zip PGP MD5 (do I need all of these?) OR
5.0.14 Beta tar.gz PGP MD5 (do I need all of these?)
Thank you!

The *.zip version is the Windows version. The PGP and MD5 links are verification keys you can use with the appropriate software to verify you downloaded what you think you downloaded.
After you download it, you can unzip it on to your computer. The files to start (startup.bat) and stop (shutdown.bat) Tomcat are in the bin folder.

Uh, one more question please.
Do I need any of the downloads from the "Tomcat Web Server Connectors"?
JK 1.2 or JK2?
Thanks.

Those are used if you want to hook Tomcat to Apache Webserver. If you are using Tomcat just for learning Servlets and JSP, then you probably won't need them.
