Tomcat 4.29 Getting slow every half an hour

I have installed Apache Tomcat 4.29 in our Server. Till now it was not giving any problems but suddenly for the past few days it becomes slow every often. Can anyone tell me what could be reason for the same.

What do the various logs reveal about the traffic? Maybe you are just getting a lot of customers?
