HI EVERYONE!
i dont know very much and i am new to this kinda stuff....IM REALLY CONFUSED!
i dont know which version of tomcat to dowload...whats the difference between exe, binaries, and source?? which one should i use in order to run a web application?
and can someone point me to a place or tell me step by step as to how to get it working so we can start using it and stuff??

You should start by getting a Java SDK installed and checked out on your system. Version 1.4.2 prefered.
Another important question: do you already have a web server operating on this system? Which one?
The exe is for Windows and manages installation.
The binaries are what you want, also you will not have to compile from source, but it is handy to have if you want to investigate how it works.
