configuration details of commons-configuration

1. build commons-configuration.jar
requirement --- ant / commons configuration source

download the source from jakarata site
configure ant on your machine.
Change the build.xml present in the
commons-configuration source to as given below..

2. create the config.xml and other files which you want
to use as configuration files
3. Write the code needed to initialise the system
properties by loading the config.xml file from your
main servlet.
