Exception with TldLocationCache in tomcat4.1.30

Hi,
am running a webapplication on tomcat4.1 along with tomcat's database connection pooling.
after few operations,seems like the server heldup and when i see the log,
i observe the following exception.

"Exception initializing TldLocationCache:error in opening zip file
Exception initializing TldLocationCache:invalid END header(Bad central directory offset)"

can any one help me out? any help is highly appreciated.

What could be the reason that TldLocationCache behave like this ?

Consider Paul's rocket mass heater.
