I have Tomcat 4.0. When i try to access the JSP application by typing
http://localhost:8090/mac/index.jsp (mac is my folder name inside webapps), I am very new to Tomcat, why i am getting this error message, Thanks for your help

Does the "mac" directory have a "WEB-INF" directory under it?

Yes,It has WEB-INF directory, thanks for your reply. The problem was with the Tomcat's server.xml because i made some changes. So I uninstall the Tomcat and reinstall it and my application started running, thanks once again
