where is log for jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7 ??

Hi,
I am using jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7 , I am trying to use Log4j, but can't see the log files , where are located ?

Have you done the basic setup for log4j??
You can have a look at this
manual
to do basic settings.
SCJP 1.4, SCDJWS , SCJA<br />I can do ALL things through CHRIST who strengthens me.

could you please show me how to do setup for tomcat-5.5.7, other
tomcat
version usualy come with a log directory.
