Hello All.
Is there a naming convention for virtual directories in tomcat 5.0.28?

'cuz when I gave for a virtual directory as xxx67SPx... and when i started tomcat... on the command prompt... it gave an error saying "the input line is too long"

Any help or pointers in this direction is greately appreciated.

Kriss.

I haven't seen the problem you're describing but at a guess you have a character in that file name that is getting intepreted by the shell and making Tomcat try to run something else. Perhaps an asterisk or an exclamation point?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
