How can I configure parameters of my webapp using tomcat admin interface?

I have some configuration parameters in my webapp. But what do I need to do in order to expose to tomcat admin interface so that the admin person can change those parameters.

Thank you for any idea.

How does the web application get these parameters when it starts up?
