Hello Paul,
I am not able to find out what is going out and why it is happening like this.
I had posted a topic on Servelt and JSP forum. It was related to Jdbc so moderator moved the thread to Jdbc forum . Now the thread is closed in Servlet forum and it is active in Jdbc Forum. Name of the thread is : Servlet-JDBC with Access databse Rajpal Kandhari 5 November 24, 2000 08:08 AM ..

From last three days i was trying to open this shifted thread in Jdbc forum but it is displaying me the home page. It is not able to open that thread. What is wrong? Or what could have possible be gone wrong.

Is this a regular problem.
Regards,
Raj.

Uh oh .....
I looked and that file just plain is not there.
I'm stumped. I'm doing an "update threads" for that forum .... it seems to be back now and all is well.
Phew!

Hello Paul,
Thanks for taking all the pain and putting things back to place. But what could have happened. Why that file was plain (as you mentioned). I am having the same pb with other previous posted threads. So how to bring this thing into picture. That is in th knowledge of Sheriff and baretenders. Is this the right forum to post what is going wrong with a thread. Can we ourself do anything to correct it.
Thanks,
Regards,
Raj.

This is the first time it has ever happened that I know of. I'm willing to call it a fluke and move on.
Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

Hello Paul,
Well this thing is not new for me. And in future if I will face same pb in opening other page ... i will bring it to you're notice. May be then you could figure out why this thing is happening.

Raj.
