how to install jdk 1.5 and tomcat 5.5 in aix server,i am poor in unix commands too.pls refer some website for installation.thanks in advances..waiting for replies..

It might be difficult to find someone who wants to walk you through both a Java install and a Tomcat install in this forum.

A better approach might be to start by asking about installing Java on AIX in our Unix / Linux forum. Then, once you have Java running and tested on your system tackle the Tomcat installation.
