I made a file ROOT.war

1. it is not overwriting the ROOT directory
2. How can I overwrite it? or
3. How can I deploy my folder directly into ROOT

Replace the jsp in the default ROOT directory or remove the ROOT directory if you deploy your root context as an archive.
