how to use jsp Browser application without using Tomcat server or JAVA

Hello Friend, Any body know how to use jsp Browser application for desktop application without using Tomcat server or JAVA. means making a setup like having java dll file or server file also. if it is possible so how we can do it.

Well, JSP stands for "Java Server Pages", so that's a prerequisite, as is a servlet container. It's possible to create a double-clickable desktop version of a web app by running an embedded servlet container, but Java would still be required.

for That what basic thing we are required for inspite if tomcat server. like where i have to place my application.

means basic reuirment to do that.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking (maybe you can rephrase and elaborate?), but the http://faq.javaranch.com/java/TomcatFaq links to an article describing its use as an embedded desktop application server.
