How to access Apache services(stop, start and restart) without admin rights...?

Hi Members,

Im having windows XP and in my machine i have no administrator rights and im using my local user account and while installing Apache 2.0.47 im getting error as 'Access denied. You have no privileges to access the folders.'
like this.

Is there possibility to access apache services without administrator rights.

Please help me in this...

Hi Members,

Even for installing i can get the Administrator rights, but later for 'stopping or restarting the service' I should be able to do with my local user account, without having administrator rights.
