Hi ,
I am trying to run my jsps in the jboss. I am successful in running the server.
My directory structure is like this.
/META-INF/application.xml
/WEB-INF/web.xml
/WEB-INF/classes/servletclasses
/web/index.jsp
and i have created a example.ear file. I kept it in jboss/server/default/deploy
I am trying to run it as
http://localhost:8080/example/index.jsp
But what is happening is it is giving me a dialog box saying
Connect to local host
XDB

Password:
I am unable to solve this problem .. can anybody help me how to run this and what username and password should I give.
I have tried looking at the internet options of the browser . there i found my 8080 port is already there with the address http://cache.freeserve.com then i removed it and restarted the system but then again i am getting the same problem when i try to run the program.
Can we run this on any other port. Please help me.
Thank you
Shanthi

Sure. Look in the conf directory. there is a *-services.xml file in which you can set all the ports.
