A month ago to this day, George Brown asked if someone would like to beta-test the new Rules Round-up in thisthread. I just want some feedback on how things are going, but I haven't had any response to my emails. Perfectly acceptable answers: 1. It's taking longer than I thought. 2. I've found another beta tester. 3. I'm too dang busy to deal with this. 4. Hello, I'm not dead. I will deal with this later. Stop bugging me. I'd prefer not to hear...(but I'll deal with it) 1. I didn't get your email (you could have said so in this forum) 2. It's none of your business (yuck, but at least I know I don't have to wait anymore) 3. My *(&%^ computer ate the new Round-up. (Ouch! I think we've all deleted something we didn't want to at some time or another.) So if someone could tap George on the shoulder for me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks! Paul
Hi Paul I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I've had some delays - firstly I haven't downloaded email from home for quite a time and when I tried to do it two days back, it took an hour, dl-ing half of the messages, then crashed. So not all my email has got through yet. I'll try again to dl it all this weekend. The main delay is that I'm swamped at work so the completion of the roundup version will take longer than I had originally hoped. What's more, I'm on holiday for a fortnight in a week's time, and I don't think there'll be a computer around. Even if there is, I doubt it'll be tooled up with java dev stuff... But I haven't forgotten your offer, and I appreciate it - I'll definitely be in touch when I have a fully working version for you. Sorry again for the delay!

Thanks for your reply. I just wanted to know how things were going -- and I will resolve to be patient.
