Hi,

I am new to Enterprise Java. I have been using Websphere and of late Rational.
How do you compare JBoss to these technologies. My colleague at work speaks highly of JBoss but I have never used it.

Give it a shot then. It's free and there are some great books out to teach you how to use it...

I don't mean to make light of it, but there's not much I can say. I think when you use JBoss you won't want to go back to websphere.

First you must download software and document of jboss at http://www.jboss.org

and you must read document and follow that such as How to use web application/ application server ( JSP/Servlet, EJB )
