Im using JBOSS 3.2.3 and I have a CMT session bean.
Here a snippet of my ejb-jar.xml

But when my method updateClient (which is marked as Never or either notSupported) calls the method insertClient (which is marked as Mandatory) surprisingly the container doesnt throw any exception but if the client calls directly insertClient method, the container throws javax.transaction.TransactionRequiredException.

Why does it work ?
It was supposed to throws the exception in both case.
