Paul had answered this question when you had posted it some days back here. Did you try the example datasource configuration files that come with JBoss?
Hi pai, I know I have to place it in deployment folder but where it in deployment folder I mean beside classes folder or inside classes folder,where I have to place that xml file?
Just at the root of the deploy folder. Assuming an out the box install and you are using the default server, this would be %JBOSS_HOME%/server/default/deploy
