Hi ,
I am using jboss-4.0.5.GA server . I want to pre compile a jsp present in a war(sam.war) to .class . I am using the below command in the linux prompt(command line) to do the same .

java org.apache.jasper.JspC -d . -compile -webapp sam.war

But it just translates the jsp inside sam.war to a java(servlet) file. It doesnt compile the servlet to a class. Can Someone help ? .

Thanks,
Sam.
