MAC OS and WIN NT

Hi,
I don't know where to ask this question.
Many people advice that Apple Laptop with Mac OS is very fast compared to HP or IBM laptops with Window NT OS.
I know we load both Win NT and Linux on same system and we can toggle between them on startup.
Simillarly If i buy a Apple Laptop Power book can i install Win NT and toggle between Mac OS and Win NT on startup.
Your suggestions please....

no, but...
You could use a Windows simulator on your Mac. There's 2 big names, RealPC and VirtualPC, check this out: http://emulation.net/windoze/comparison/
I think there was once something called SoftWindows, not sure about it now.
To be able to toggle at startup, you could partition your powerbook and install the simulator on one of the partitions. With the G4 powerbook, you can start with alt pressed and it asks you which system folder you want it to start on.
