Hello,
Not sure if this is the right forum, but we use VA JAVA ENterprise Edition v3.5. Our repository in 2 months of development already has several editions of source code and is up to 1 gig in size. I would like to purge all old editions and compact the repository as I am afraid we'll hit the 4gig
repository size limit very soon at this rate. Can anyone give me any ideas as to how this can be achieved and also if there are any good online resources that explain this process of versioning, exporting, compacting the repository.
Thanks,
Veni.

Hi Veni,
The
VisualAge for Java Enterprise Version 2 Team Support
IBM Redbook has two chapters on managing the VA repository. It may help.
Also, you might want to try posting in the IDEs and Other Tools forum.

Thanks Jane. I have already posted my question on the IDE forum also. But this redbook looks helpful, so thanks again.
