Ok, I know that you can bring in tables from access databases, here's the big question though. The users in our network are really picky about things and would also want their forms for data entry to come over. Is there any way to do this? Also, is there a way to open the Access db without adding an ODBC. These two things are kind of what is stopping us from proceding and purchasing more licenses of this. Any help you can provide would be great!

Hi John,
What form are your forms currently in? I'm not sure how you're using the forms; would it work to just keep using those forms, and just suck the data into StarOffice using the data source setup? (StarOffice 6.0 or 5.2? DB stuff is slicker and simpler in 6.0.)
The ODBC-accessible formats in 6.0 are MQIS and Visual Foxpro. Other than that, there's also JDBC, plus Adabas, dBase, ADO, and spreadsheet, text, and address book. Microsoft Access doesn't seem to come up, in the window or in the help.
LMK more; I'll try to figure out what I can.
Thanks,
Solveig
