JProbe 4 using mydomain

Currently JProbe 4.0 is configured to use WebLogic's default server 'myserver' which includes the default mydomain, how do I
configure JProbe for my own Server and Domain?
I'm using Weblogic6.1sp2 with JProbe4.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
