Is JRun3.1 free software? Is it the same function as
Tomcat
? SO I can use JRun to run
servlet
on IIS 5.0?

JRun 3.1 is not free of charge. Also, JRun is an application server (EJBs and all) while Tomcat is just a web container (JSP/Servlets only).
