unable to start javawebserver2.0

hello friends,

while starting javawebserver2.0 using command 'start httpd' in command prompt, i find a window titled 'jre' opening ,immediately an error message comes (save,close,details) and closes the newly opened window(jre).please help me...

Can't help much on your problem. However, I need to move this thread to another forum that would be more appropriate for you and would get more responses. Probably the Other Servers forum, but you can find a link to where I move this in the left top corner of this page.

Are you referring to the Sun JavaWebServer? I think that this has been superceded by Tomcat, but in any case, I'd check your JAVA_HOME/JRE settings.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
