JBoss IDE (http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=html&op=userdisplay&id=developers/projects/jboss/jbosside) is pretty good. It's slightly misnamed in that it's more of an XDoclet plugin than a JBoss plugin (but the JBoss team is responsible for it and it does have some hooks into the appserver).
Despite its name, you don't need to use JBoss to use the XDoclet piece of the plugin.
