SSH file transfer

I am tryin to transfer files from one location of a server to another location using SSH's scp2 command .. from DOS Prompt.

But it keeps on asking password.. If anybody has any idea as to how i can try this including password in the command, please let me know.

I searched online that scp command has a password option
