I need , search engine that satisfies Phonic Search, stemming and Wildcard Search. Lucene covers phrase, boolean search. I need those along with this.

Ann, for a phonetic matching algorithm, google for "soundex" and "metaphone". I believe the SimMetrics project includes an implementation of the former.

Lucene performs stemming and wildcard searches. Have a look at the javadocs for the TokenFilter and WildcardQuery classes.

I think SimMetrics is not open source. Actually I need the code of Phonic Search Method. As I told earlier I want that to implement in my program.
