WAR packaging error when adding JAR libs

Hi all!
I'm using the iAS deploytool to package up a WAR file, and sometimes when I add a JAR file to the /WEB-INF/lib directory I get an error message. Usually it says it detected a compression error (file was XXX bytes when it should have been XXY). Does anyone know what causes this, and how to fix it?
